  • FASEB’s (Federation of American Societies for Experimental Biology) new building addition was completed in February 2004.
  • The 50,000 SF, four-story base building addition was designed by Barry Dunn and Associates. Interior planning and design was executed by Fanelli McClain. The base building and interior MEP engineering was designed by Williams Notaro & Associates.
  • The flexible office space features a three-inch high raised floor with modular plug and play power and communications systems beneath.
  • The space features demountable SMED walls and direct/indirect pendant light fixtures.
  • This approach to office construction standards allows FASEB to make rapid changes with minimal expense to their interior layouts.
