This schedule allows Fanelli McClain to provide a wide range of planning and design services including the following:
Pre-design services: POR analysis and reports documenting government agency space needs and an evaluation of their existing leased space; space restack studies, space plan preparation, and preparation of design-intent drawings, furniture selection and specification; the preparation of CAD or BIM as-built drawings; building code compliance analysis; budget and schedule development.
Programming and Space Planning: Preparation of a programming space needs analysis and space plans.
Design Development: Including finish selection, interior design development, space standards development, 3D visualization renderings, design-intent architectural construction documents.
Furniture Coordination: Furniture inventories, preparation of furniture specifications, coordination with furniture dealers in preparing furniture and accessory specifications, tracking furniture orders, furniture installation coordination and the preparation of furniture punch lists.
